The majority of sales in Burry Port during the last year were semi-detached properties, selling for an average price of £122,311. Detached properties sold for an average of £193,735, with terraced properties fetching £108,563.
Burry Port, with an overall average price of £143,177 was more expensive than nearby Pembrey (£135,360) and Llanelli (£125,661), but was cheaper than Five Roads (£208,562).
Overall sold prices in Burry Port over the last year were similar to the previous year and similar to the 2005 level of £142,365.
