Cannon Hill, with an overall average price of £435,351 was cheaper than nearby Maidenhead (£521,809), Taplow (£608,238) and Holyport (£568,054).
In the past year house prices in Cannon Hill were similar to the year before and 19% down on 2016 when they averaged at £537,963.
