The majority of sales in Capel St. Mary during the last year were detached properties, selling for an average price of £393,350. Semi-detached properties sold for an average of £265,389, with terraced properties fetching £235,417.
Capel St. Mary, with an overall average price of £329,904 was more expensive than nearby Copdock (£312,357) and Brantham (£284,560), but was cheaper than East Bergholt (£377,264).
Overall sold prices in Capel St. Mary over the last year were similar to the previous year and 17% up on the 2014 level of £281,236.
