Most of the sales in Cheam over the past year were semi-detached properties which on average sold for £550,297. Terraced properties had an average sold price of £459,344 and flats averaged at £305,609.
Cheam, with an overall average price of £513,249 was more expensive than nearby Sutton (£393,020), Belmont (£349,680) and Rosehill (£416,162).
In the past year house prices in Cheam were similar to the year before and 16% up on 2015 when they averaged at £441,718.
