Church Lench, with an overall average price of £292,000, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Harvington (£305,267), but was cheaper than Bishampton (£540,250) and Crowle Green (£351,752).
During the last year, sold prices in Church Lench were 33% down on the previous year and 50% down on 2008 when the average house price was £584,783.
