The majority of sales in Cimla during the last year were semi-detached properties, selling for an average price of £121,758. Detached properties sold for an average of £172,655, with terraced properties fetching £90,611.
Cimla, with an overall average price of £129,382 was more expensive than nearby Pontrhydyfen (£108,563), but was cheaper than Neath (£136,717) and Cadoxton (£184,190).
Overall sold prices in Cimla over the last year were 5% down on the previous year and similar to the 2015 level of £131,009.
