Clayhidon, with an overall average price of £398,600 was more expensive than nearby Hemyock (£293,793) and Heathpark (£269,436), but was cheaper than Churchstanton (£495,000).
During the last year, sold prices in Clayhidon were 11% down on the previous year and 29% down on 2008 when the average house price was £565,000.
There were only 5 properties sold in the last year, therefore, the average prices may only reflect the mix of properties sold, rather than changes in the local market itself.
