Last year most property sales in Clydach involved semi-detached properties which sold for on average £121,608. Detached properties sold for an average price of £240,602, while terraced properties fetched £97,522.
Clydach, with an overall average price of £146,879 was more expensive than nearby Morriston (£117,772), but was cheaper than Glais (£185,625) and Birchgrove (£156,735).
During the last year, sold prices in Clydach were similar to the previous year and similar to 2008 when the average house price was £145,407.
