The majority of sales in Colindale during the last year were flats, selling for an average price of £422,014. Terraced properties sold for an average of £485,656, with semi-detached properties fetching £525,049.
Colindale, with an overall average price of £433,976, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby West Hendon (£437,611), but was more expensive than Grahame Park Estate (£409,686) and Grahame Park (£409,686).
Overall sold prices in Colindale over the last year were similar to the previous year and 16% up on the 2016 level of £375,396.
