Most of the sales in Colwall over the past year were detached properties which on average sold for £519,243. Semi-detached properties had an average sold price of £371,722 and terraced properties averaged at £230,000.
Colwall, with an overall average price of £445,698 was more expensive than nearby Ledbury (£242,276) and Cradley (£269,515), but was cheaper than Much Marcle (£489,375).
In the past year house prices in Colwall were 8% up on the year before and 15% up on 2015 when they averaged at £388,485.
