Last year most property sales in Connah's Quay involved semi-detached properties which sold for on average £138,366. Detached properties sold for an average price of £200,150, while terraced properties fetched £114,921.
Connah's Quay, with an overall average price of £151,351 was more expensive than nearby Shotton (£123,930), but was cheaper than Deeside (£164,786) and Northop Hall (£227,899).
During the last year, sold prices in Connah's Quay were 6% down on the previous year and similar to 2016 when the average house price was £148,618.
