Last year most property sales in Conway Park involved detached properties which sold for on average £619,987. Semi-detached properties sold for an average price of £346,514, while flats fetched £232,188.
Conway Park, with an overall average price of £435,382, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Lakeside (£414,729), but was more expensive than Cyncoed (£345,461) and Llanedeyrn (£141,966).
During the last year, sold prices in Conway Park were 15% up on the previous year and 30% up on 2014 when the average house price was £335,828.
