Last year most property sales in Coombe Dingle involved semi-detached properties which sold for on average £369,293. Detached properties sold for an average price of £656,222, while flats fetched £223,625.
Coombe Dingle, with an overall average price of £415,649 was more expensive than nearby Sea Mills (£309,444) and Henbury (£244,514), but was cheaper than Stoke Bishop (£622,149).
During the last year, sold prices in Coombe Dingle were 5% up on the previous year and 29% up on 2014 when the average house price was £322,231.
