Last year most property sales in Coombe Dingle involved semi-detached properties which sold for on average £379,848. Detached properties sold for an average price of £593,714, while flats fetched £352,800.
Coombe Dingle, with an overall average price of £401,298 was more expensive than nearby Sea Mills (£307,158) and Henbury (£264,354), but was cheaper than Stoke Bishop (£615,691).
During the last year, sold prices in Coombe Dingle were 4% down on the previous year and 13% up on 2016 when the average house price was £354,874.
