Copthorne, with an overall average price of £412,747 was more expensive than nearby Worth (£379,990) and Pound Hill (£338,212), but was cheaper than Crawley Down (£463,267).
Overall sold prices in Copthorne over the last year were 10% up on the previous year and similar to the 2015 level of £407,824.
