The majority of sales in Copthorne during the last year were detached properties, selling for an average price of £484,390. Semi-detached properties sold for an average of £366,591, with terraced properties fetching £354,292.
Copthorne, with an overall average price of £404,873 was more expensive than nearby Worth (£380,314) and Pound Hill (£332,383), but was cheaper than Crawley Down (£444,819).
Overall sold prices in Copthorne over the last year were 8% up on the previous year and similar to the 2015 level of £407,824.
