Most of the sales in Cowley Peachey over the past year were semi-detached properties which on average sold for £425,890. Flats had an average sold price of £279,657 and terraced properties averaged at £371,353.
Cowley Peachey, with an overall average price of £390,836, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Uxbridge Common (£390,836), but was cheaper than Hillingdon (£421,723) and Hillingdon Heath (£461,436).
In the past year house prices in Cowley Peachey were 3% up on the year before and 10% up on 2015 when they averaged at £355,196.
