The majority of sales in Cranswick during the last year were detached properties, selling for an average price of £314,107. Semi-detached properties sold for an average of £160,550, with terraced properties fetching £118,250.
Cranswick, with an overall average price of £230,027, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Hutton Cranswick (£234,142), but was more expensive than Driffield (£178,475) and cheaper than Brandesburton (£274,587).
Overall sold prices in Cranswick over the last year were 12% up on the previous year and 25% up on the 2013 level of £183,673.
