The majority of sales in Crawley Down during the last year were detached properties, selling for an average price of £610,460. Semi-detached properties sold for an average of £384,703, with terraced properties fetching £372,438.
Crawley Down, with an overall average price of £477,549 was more expensive than nearby Copthorne (£415,531) and Turners Hill (£372,290), but was cheaper than Felbridge (£562,556).
Overall sold prices in Crawley Down over the last year were similar to the previous year and 10% up on the 2016 level of £433,197.
