The majority of sales in Crumlin during the last year were terraced properties, selling for an average price of £80,973. Detached properties sold for an average of £252,458, with semi-detached properties fetching £115,135.
Crumlin, with an overall average price of £127,852, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Newbridge (£123,215), but was cheaper than Croespenmaen (£215,997) and Oakdale (£155,299).
Overall sold prices in Crumlin over the last year were similar to the previous year and 12% down on the 2007 level of £145,312.
