The majority of sales in Cuddington during the last year were detached properties, selling for an average price of £335,642. Semi-detached properties sold for an average of £194,281, with terraced properties fetching £173,823.
Cuddington, with an overall average price of £258,160, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Sandiway (£264,894), but was more expensive than Weaverham (£201,346) and cheaper than Norley (£511,875).
Overall sold prices in Cuddington over the last year were 3% down on the previous year and 10% down on the 2014 level of £286,863.
