Last year most property sales in Cullingworth involved detached properties which sold for on average £332,459. Semi-detached properties sold for an average price of £203,861, while terraced properties fetched £145,496.
Cullingworth, with an overall average price of £259,690 was more expensive than nearby Wilsden (£202,178) and Denholme (£150,833), but was cheaper than Harden (£302,077).
During the last year, sold prices in Cullingworth were 8% up on the previous year and 33% up on 2015 when the average house price was £194,852.
