Most of the sales in Cumnor over the past year were detached properties which on average sold for £521,700. Semi-detached properties had an average sold price of £448,000 and terraced properties averaged at £388,250.
Cumnor, with an overall average price of £448,583 was more expensive than nearby Farmoor (£371,200), but was cheaper than Botley (£481,787) and Boars Hill (£934,884).
In the past year house prices in Cumnor were 13% down on the year before and 5% down on 2007 when they averaged at £470,935.
