The majority of sales in Deeside during the last year were semi-detached properties, selling for an average price of £144,295. Detached properties sold for an average of £231,481, with terraced properties fetching £109,889.
Deeside, with an overall average price of £163,620 was more expensive than nearby Shotton (£125,505) and Queensferry (£131,667), but was cheaper than Mancot (£177,047).
Overall sold prices in Deeside over the last year were 5% down on the previous year and similar to the 2015 level of £159,966.
