Most of the sales in Denham over the past year were flats which on average sold for £371,515. Detached properties had an average sold price of £1,098,375 and semi-detached properties averaged at £462,276.
Denham, with an overall average price of £554,551, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Iver Heath (£565,778), but was cheaper than Gerrards Cross (£857,245) and Chalfont St. Peter (£731,175).
In the past year house prices in Denham were 14% up on the year before and 7% up on 2015 when they averaged at £515,896.
