The majority of sales in Dolgellau during the last year were terraced properties, selling for an average price of £139,556. Semi-detached properties sold for an average of £172,251, with detached properties fetching £237,429.
Dolgellau, with an overall average price of £165,188 was more expensive than nearby Barmouth (£149,651) and Fairbourne (£94,150), but was cheaper than Arthog (£187,333).
Overall sold prices in Dolgellau over the last year were 9% up on the previous year and similar to the 2006 level of £166,154.
