The majority of sales in Dronfield during the last year were semi-detached properties, selling for an average price of £213,166. Detached properties sold for an average of £295,199, with terraced properties fetching £163,019.
Dronfield, with an overall average price of £230,591 was more expensive than nearby Chesterfield (£174,492), but was cheaper than Dronfield Woodhouse (£261,189) and Walton (£253,409).
Overall sold prices in Dronfield over the last year were similar to the previous year and 8% up on the 2015 level of £213,049.
