Most of the sales in Drybrook over the past year were detached properties which on average sold for £257,217. Semi-detached properties had an average sold price of £181,625 and terraced properties averaged at £127,749.
Drybrook, with an overall average price of £220,555 was more expensive than nearby Mitcheldean (£193,974) and Cinderford (£166,596), but was cheaper than Ruardean (£249,945).
In the past year house prices in Drybrook were 6% up on the year before and 5% up on 2015 when they averaged at £209,388.
