Dunvant, with an overall average price of £168,997, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Gowerton (£171,901), but was cheaper than Killay (£219,724) and Three Crosses (£277,122).

In the past year house prices in Dunvant were 5% up on the year before and similar to 2009 when they averaged at £169,764.
