Dunwich, with an overall average price of £180,000, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Leiston (£188,309), but was cheaper than Walberswick (£653,571) and Westleton (£431,000).
In the past year house prices in Dunwich were 52% down on the year before and 84% down on 2011 when they averaged at £1,147,500.
