Dylife, with an overall average price of £205,000, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Bont Dolgadfan (£207,500), but was more expensive than Staylittle (£118,500) and Pennant (£105,000).
In the past year house prices in Dylife were 100% up on the year before and 37% down on 2012 when they averaged at £327,500.
There were only 2 properties sold in the last year, therefore, the average prices may only reflect the mix of properties sold, rather than changes in the local market itself.
