Most of the sales in Eccleshall over the past year were detached properties which on average sold for £281,800. Semi-detached properties had an average sold price of £222,356 and terraced properties averaged at £170,786.
Eccleshall, with an overall average price of £233,749, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Stone (£230,596), but was more expensive than Stafford (£197,834) and cheaper than Gnosall (£256,618).
In the past year house prices in Eccleshall were 6% down on the year before and 5% down on 2014 when they averaged at £245,016.
