The majority of sales in Edgware during the last year were semi-detached properties, selling for an average price of £602,064. Flats sold for an average of £349,939, with terraced properties fetching £438,378.
Edgware, with an overall average price of £543,354 was more expensive than nearby Burnt Oak (£394,418) and Grahame Park Estate (£404,769), but was cheaper than Edgwarebury (£604,135).
Overall sold prices in Edgware over the last year were 6% up on the previous year and 27% up on the 2015 level of £429,027.
