Last year most property sales in Enfield involved terraced properties which sold for on average £430,683. Flats sold for an average price of £282,231, while semi-detached properties fetched £525,390.
Enfield, with an overall average price of £403,856, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Chase Side (£385,100), but was more expensive than Forty Hill (£372,757) and cheaper than Enfield Town (£427,828).
During the last year, sold prices in Enfield were similar to the previous year and 16% up on 2015 when the average house price was £349,225.
