Last year most property sales in Evercreech involved semi-detached properties which sold for on average £307,595. Detached properties sold for an average price of £364,390, while terraced properties fetched £248,417.
Evercreech, with an overall average price of £304,446 was more expensive than nearby Shepton Mallet (£203,096) and Castle Cary (£267,111), but was cheaper than Bruton (£331,712).
During the last year, sold prices in Evercreech were 20% up on the previous year and 34% up on 2015 when the average house price was £227,092.
