Most of the sales in Eynsford over the past year were semi-detached properties which on average sold for £533,056. Terraced properties had an average sold price of £332,954 and detached properties averaged at £680,000.
Eynsford, with an overall average price of £495,988 was cheaper than nearby Farningham (£547,389), Shoreham (£691,500) and Horton Kirby (£559,044).
