Last year most property sales in Farmoor involved detached properties which sold for on average £554,500. Terraced properties sold for an average price of £161,500, while semi-detached properties fetched £378,000.
Farmoor, with an overall average price of £361,357 was cheaper than nearby Botley (£462,714), Cumnor (£522,000) and Wolvercote (£501,955).
During the last year, sold prices in Farmoor were 12% down on the previous year and 9% down on 2014 when the average house price was £394,962.
