The majority of sales in Farndon during the last year were detached properties, selling for an average price of £346,967. Terraced properties sold for an average of £226,500, with semi-detached properties fetching £239,332.
Farndon, with an overall average price of £322,049, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Pulford (£319,600) and Malpas (£315,635), but was cheaper than Tattenhall (£385,331).
Overall sold prices in Farndon over the last year were 17% up on the previous year and 4% down on the 2015 level of £334,900.
