Most of the sales in Farnham Common over the past year were detached properties which on average sold for £1,085,600. Flats had an average sold price of £348,833 and semi-detached properties averaged at £622,222.
Farnham Common, with an overall average price of £829,258, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Gerrards Cross (£853,432), but was more expensive than Stoke Poges (£652,162) and Burnham (£426,489).
In the past year house prices in Farnham Common were 6% up on the year before and 20% up on 2015 when they averaged at £688,380.
