Last year most property sales in Frenchay involved detached properties which sold for on average £580,856. Semi-detached properties sold for an average price of £431,689, while flats fetched £240,513.
Frenchay, with an overall average price of £452,716 was more expensive than nearby Stapleton (£343,242) and Stoke Park (£304,284), but was cheaper than Frenchay Common (£548,422).
During the last year, sold prices in Frenchay were 29% up on the previous year and 60% up on 2015 when the average house price was £283,257.
