Last year most property sales in Frenchay involved detached properties which sold for on average £576,404. Flats sold for an average price of £232,821, while semi-detached properties fetched £378,883.
Frenchay, with an overall average price of £425,018 was more expensive than nearby Stapleton (£350,971) and Stoke Park (£307,041), but was cheaper than Frenchay Common (£514,000).
During the last year, sold prices in Frenchay were 6% up on the previous year and 22% up on 2016 when the average house price was £347,951.
