Last year most property sales in Fulneck involved terraced properties which sold for on average £158,592. Semi-detached properties sold for an average price of £181,397, while detached properties fetched £322,355.
Fulneck, with an overall average price of £176,594 was more expensive than nearby Bradford (£130,485), but was cheaper than Leeds (£194,324) and Farsley (£202,740).
During the last year, sold prices in Fulneck were similar to the previous year and 3% up on 2011 when the average house price was £171,925.
