Gedney Hill, with an overall average price of £216,458, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Whaplode Drove (£220,577), but was cheaper than Thorney (£265,310) and Parson Drove (£242,968).
In the past year house prices in Gedney Hill were 11% down on the year before and 8% up on 2009 when they averaged at £199,875.
