Glasgow City Centre, with an overall average price of £181,618, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Merchant City (£178,260) and Glasgow (£174,639), but was more expensive than Glasgow Central (£170,663).

In the past year house prices in Glasgow City Centre were 9% up on the year before and 83% down on 2006 when they averaged at £1,086,197.
