The majority of sales in Gofeilon during the last year were detached properties, selling for an average price of £334,282. Semi-detached properties sold for an average of £269,837, with flats fetching £204,242.
Gofeilon, with an overall average price of £299,184 was more expensive than nearby Abergavenny (£238,885), but was cheaper than Llangibby (£354,272) and Llantrisant Fawr (£354,272).
Overall sold prices in Gofeilon over the last year were 16% up on the previous year and 12% up on the 2007 level of £265,943.
