Last year most property sales in Goring involved semi-detached properties which sold for on average £349,691. Detached properties sold for an average price of £465,757, while flats fetched £200,475.
Goring, with an overall average price of £344,696, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Goring-By-Sea (£341,900), but was more expensive than Worthing (£314,086) and cheaper than Ferring (£412,966).
