Last year most property sales in Goring involved detached properties which sold for on average £1,049,311. Flats sold for an average price of £312,545, while terraced properties fetched £504,000.
Goring, with an overall average price of £783,729 was more expensive than nearby Woodcote (£648,204), Cholsey (£422,638) and Wallingford (£427,177).
During the last year, sold prices in Goring were 12% up on the previous year and 34% up on 2015 when the average house price was £583,123.
