Last year most property sales in Greasby involved semi-detached properties which sold for on average £202,096. Detached properties sold for an average price of £262,124, while flats fetched £109,772.
Greasby, with an overall average price of £216,132, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Irby (£216,877), but was more expensive than Upton (£177,355) and Moreton (£149,320).
During the last year, sold prices in Greasby were 9% up on the previous year and 14% up on 2015 when the average house price was £190,365.
