Most of the sales in Hagley over the past year were detached properties which on average sold for £481,434. Semi-detached properties had an average sold price of £319,934 and flats averaged at £215,220.
Hagley, with an overall average price of £360,083 was cheaper than nearby Clent (£425,353), Broome (£725,000) and Blakedown (£524,131).
In the past year house prices in Hagley were 4% down on the year before and 6% up on 2012 when they averaged at £340,473.
