Last year most property sales in Harrow On The Hill involved flats which sold for on average £403,976. Terraced properties sold for an average price of £488,190, while semi-detached properties fetched £625,666.
Harrow On The Hill, with an overall average price of £467,745, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Harrow (£481,052), but was cheaper than Northwick Park (£586,289) and West Harrow (£498,355).
During the last year, sold prices in Harrow On The Hill were similar to the previous year and 20% up on 2015 when the average house price was £388,973.
