Most of the sales in Hendon over the past year were flats which on average sold for £399,708. Semi-detached properties had an average sold price of £752,187 and terraced properties averaged at £600,115.
Hendon, with an overall average price of £625,073 was more expensive than nearby Colindale (£423,251) and Grahame Park (£401,170), but was cheaper than Brent Cross (£664,740).
In the past year house prices in Hendon were 10% up on the year before and 21% up on 2015 when they averaged at £514,598.
