Most of the sales in Hextable over the past year were semi-detached properties which on average sold for £374,000. Detached properties had an average sold price of £554,364 and terraced properties averaged at £296,900.
Hextable, with an overall average price of £388,779 was more expensive than nearby Swanley (£349,745), but was cheaper than Wilmington (£463,486) and Darenth (£431,878).
In the past year house prices in Hextable were similar to the year before and 26% up on 2015 when they averaged at £307,536.
