Last year most property sales in High Barnet involved flats which sold for on average £409,248. Semi-detached properties sold for an average price of £710,683, while terraced properties fetched £638,935.
High Barnet, with an overall average price of £592,310, was similar in terms of sold prices to nearby Barnet (£609,646), but was more expensive than Barnet Gate (£548,299) and Chipping Barnet (£548,299).
During the last year, sold prices in High Barnet were 8% up on the previous year and 12% up on 2015 when the average house price was £526,903.
